Colorado passed Proposition 122 in 2022, allowing the state to regulate and legalize certain natural plant medicines, including psilocybin, commonly known as "magic mushrooms".  This led the State to create regulations for licensed practitioners to legally offer psilocybin-assisted therapeutic services. 

We anticipate the finalization of these regulations in late 2024. I hope to offer this service once final details emerge and I am able to comply with licensure requirements. 

 

Until then, please know that the decriminalization of the “personal use” of psilocybin mushrooms is effective now. This means that it is no longer a criminal offense for individuals to possess, ingest, share, or gift psilocybin mushrooms to persons who are at least 21 years of age without remuneration (i.e. payment.) I am legally able to provide guidance, counseling, and support regarding your personal use of psilocybin, but I cannot sell, provide psilocybin-assisted therapy, or recommend the use of these substances at this time.
